1. The liquid raw material is tested using a refractometer.
The refractometer is used to test the refraction coefficient of liquid raw materials, such as white oil or an extraction agent, in order to determine whether or not they meet production requirements. It is also used to test the refraction coefficient of liquid during the production and development process.
2. The testers are testing semi-finished products with a rotary viscometer and an open cup flash point tester.
3. The technical parameters of production are automatically monitored in the fiber control center.
The testing of semi-finished products include solvent viscosity, molecular weight of gel fiber and white oil content, as well as a monitoring and recording of the process in order to ensure the production process remains in full compliance with the designed process and parameters to improve the rate of high class products and produce only qualified products.
4. Operation of the rotary viscometer
The rotary viscometer is used to detect whether or not the viscosity of the polymer solution meets quality requirements during production. It can also be used to characterize the viscosity of the polymer solution during the R&D process.
5. The sample is continuously on fire during testing
The open cup flash point tester is used to test the flash point on raw materials that have just entered the factory or are newly recycled, such as white oil or extraction agents, in order to determine if they meet production requirements.
6. Operation of the universal testing machine
This machine is used to characterize mechanical properties of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, including the strength, modulus, and elongation at the breaking point. It is also used to detect whether or not the mechanical properties of each coil wire meets customer requirements.
7. Bulletproof products after ballistics testing
To control the quality of bulletproof nonwoven cloth, bulletproof helmets, bulletproof plates, bulletproof shields, bulletproof armor plates and other composite materials, we carry out several detection processes, including a surface density detection, width, length and thickness detection, appearance defect detection and spot checks on ballistics testing, in order to ensure the performance of the finished product reaches both domestic and international bulletproof test standards.
